MEMBERS of Accrington Camera Club were treated to a talk by Colin Jarvis of the Preston Photographic Society.

Colin gave an illustrated talk on how he mastered the art of photography, gaining a Master’s Degree in the process.

Spokesman Ian Kitchin said: “Colin showed photographs taken by photographers who had influenced his thinking andthen went on to showed how is own ideas had developed.”

“He then showed work from his exhibition which formed part of his degree.

“Members of the club were interested in how his work differed from the mainstream of club photography.”
