Van driver alert
EAST Lancashire’s van drivers are being urged to be extra vigilant following a spate of vehicle thefts.
Officers said Mercedes vans in particular were being targeted.
A spokesman said: “We have had a number of thefts of catalytic converters being taken. These are mainly happening during the night.
“If you see or hear anything suspicious then please call us.”
Anyone with information should call 101.
