EAST Lancashire Hospice is looking for ‘ladies who lunch’ to help fundraise.
The charity, which offers specialist, supportive, and end of life care for patients and their families, hopes to attract an army of volunteers to serve a glass of fizz or cup of tea with afternoon tea to raise money.
A spokesman said: “Once registered you will receive a fundraising pack helping you to host the perfect ‘Ladies Who Lunch’ event.”
The fundraising pack contains a loose change box, ten invitations and posters to personalise your event, recipe ideas for cakes and cocktails, and more.
More invitations can be downloaded from the hospice’s website.
Fundraising pages can also be set up online, at the website www.everydayhero.co.uk/event/ladieslunch so guests can donate on the internet.
