Treatment room survey
A SURVEY to find out people’s views on treatment room services across the Valley has been launched by the East Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group.
The services are available to patients at various health centre locations throughout Rossendale.
A spokeswoman for the Rossendale Locality Commissioners, who are part of the CCG, said: “Your opinions are valuable to the CCG and if you can find the time to complete the questionnaire then it would be appreciated.”
The survey must be filled in by Monday, August 4 and can be accessed by calling Sharon Walkden, on 01772 214103, or emailing sharon.walkden @lancashirecsu.nhs.uk.
