THE Ribble Valley is set to host a music festival from Friday.

The three-day Cloudspotting Festival will be being staged in Stephen Park, Gisburn Forest in Slaidburn, running from Friday, August 1.

It will feature a wide-range of acts including Melt Yourself Down, Islet, Kid Canaveral and Sky Valley Mistress.

They will be joined by Leisure Society Colorama, Surprise Guest, Pictish Trail and Tuff Love.

It will also include children’s activities and outdoor pursuits. A full weekend ticket costs £80 for adults and £3 for under 16s.
