Proceeds of crime case
THE case against Jordan Liam O’Mara, 24, of Saltburn Street, Burnley, was adjourned by the town's magistrates.
O’Mara is accused of concealing, disguising, converting, transferring or removing criminal property – £4,469 – by allowing a NatWest account to be used to receive the cash, knowing that it was the proceeds of crime.
It is alleged he committed the offence at Burnley, on or between November 16 and December 9, 2010.
