THE first delivery of parts of the huge wind turbines for Coal Clough Wind Farm will take place today.
The 110m-high turbines will be delivered to the Cliviger site over the next six weeks, along the M65 and through Brierfield and Burnley.
Daily deliveries will be between 9.30am and 3.30pm and will consist of three to four abnormal loads with a police escort. They will not take place at weekends or on bank holidays.
