Colne man in Trading Standards prosecution
A 42-YEAR-old Colne man will be tried by Burnley magistrates, in a prosecution brought by Trading Standards.
Glen Hardingham, of Calder Street, has denied an allegation of a trader failing to give notice of the right to cancel contract made at home/place of work, at Westbourne Avenue, Burnley, last November.
