Civic posts up for grabs
THE Clitheroe Civic Society will hold its annual meeting in September.
Chatburn butcher Roy Porter will be the guest speaker at the event.
The meeting will be held in the Ribble Valley Council Chamber from 7.30pm on Monday, September 1.
As a result of the retirement of officers, nominations will be required for the posts of chairman, vice-chairman and treasurer.
