Defendant facing trial
KAREN Balding, 45, of Mercer Crescent, Haslingden, has been sent for crown court trial on bail until October 13 by Burnley magistrates, accused of possession of an imitation firearm, namely a black Webley Tempest air pistol, with intent to make Karen Shawcross believe violence would be used against her.
