VISITORS to Clitheroe Castle can experience a taste of what it was like during the Roman Empire as a special event takes place for the whole of July.
There will be Roman crafts and activities as well as a searches of Roman coins. While on July 30 there will be a make your own Roman helmet event.
Museum admission is £4 adults, £3 concessions while accompanied children are free. The castle is open from Monday to Sunday from 11am to 4pm. For more information call 01200 424568.
