THREE ‘decent’ teenagers who ended a night on the town with a street fight at Burnley bus station, were all spared jail.
The town's crown court was told how Joshua Smith, Reece Horrocks and Jonathan Carlin all had supportive families, good jobs and bright futures – which, said a judge, made their violent behaviour all the more surprising.
The three 19-year-olds had been caught on CCTV during the late-night melee in December last year. They were each given a 12-month community order.
