Defendant faces trial
A MAN who was punched twice in an Accrington night club suffered a fractured skull, bleed to the brain and fractured eye socket and cheek bone.
Matthew Robert Magee, 27, of Stanley Street, Accrington, was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on Ben Creig in the Level 1 nightclub on January 18.
