EDENFIELD CE Primary School is celebrating after being praised by Ofsted inspectors.
The school in Market Street was judged to be ‘good’ in a report by the education watchdog.
The school was deemed ‘good’ in all four key areas, including the achievement of pupils, the quality of teaching, the behaviour and safety of pupils and leadership and management.
Ofsted’s lead inspector, Andrew Morley, said: “Teaching is good and some is outstanding.
“The school’s curriculum is rich, vibrant and exciting.
“The drive and the vision of the leadership team, are key.”
