PLANS to build 30 new houses on the former Hope Mill site in Barnoldswick will be discussed by councillors tonight.
Planning officers recommend the scheme is approved when it goes before West Craven Committee, chaired by Coun Rosemary Carroll.
In a report to councillors planning officer Lee Greenwood said: “Permissions have previously been granted for residential development at the site, however it remains undeveloped.
“At present the site is secured, but vacant and has begun to self-seed with grass and other foliage.”
