PHILIP Peter Brearley, 30, of New Line, Bacup, was conditionally discharged for 12 months by Pennine magistrates with £200 compensation and £85 court costs after he confessed to using a Post Office card to falsely withdraw money from an account belonging to Kerry Nolan.
