Open gardens for hospice
AN open garden event is to be held in Stubbins to raise cash for Rossendale Hospice.
Five gardens in School Court will be open to walk around from noon to 5pm on Sunday, August 10.
There will be a short history walk held at 2pm, and tea and cakes will be served in a flower-filled garden room.
Admission is £3, which allows access to all five gardens. For more information, call Lavinia Tod on 01706 822474.
