Mother and son on runs
MOTHER and son duo Claire and Benjamin Horsfield have both taken on challenges to raise £730 for Pendleside Hospice.
Claire ran the Manchester 10k, while seven-year-old Benjamin took part in the 2k mini run the day before.
Claire, from Colne, said “The hospice is really close to our hearts. Our neighbour and good friend Gary was cared for by the hospice and my dad is currently receiving support from them. Running the 10k for the hospice was the least Benjamin and I could do for such an important cause.”
