Wounding case
BURNLEY magistrates committed the case of Ryan Paul Kilbride, 32, to the town’s crown court.
The defendant, of Kingsdale Avenue, Burnley, is accused of unlawfully wounding Prudence McCalmon in the town on April 7. He was bailed until a hearing on September 27.
