A MAN allegedly repeatedly raped a Burnley schoolgirl and also sexually attacked her friend several times, a jury was told.
Paul Jolly was 'pretty crafty,' picking times when he knew nobody would be about so he could force himself on the girl. The other alleged victim froze when Jolly performed sex acts on her and told police she had been scared, Burnley Crown Court heard.
Jolly, now 28, of Parkinson Street, Burnley, denies four specimen charges — three of assault of a child under 13 by penetration and one of sexual assault on a child, against one alleged victim, and three charges of rape, one of sexual assault, two counts of sexual activity with a child and two specimen allegations of causing a child to engage in sexual activity, against the other girl.
