Disqualified from driving
JASON Neal Jukes, 37, of Top Barn Lane, Newchurch, Rossendale, has been given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with £85 court costs, after admitting to failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis. He was disqualified from driving for three years.
