AROUND 120 people attended a masquerade dinner, organised by the Special Events Committee for Bury Hospice, at the Fisherman’s Retreat in Ramsbottom.
Guests were treated to entertainment from cabaret singer, Lisa Lawton and magician Ian Lavin and money was raised by a silent auction and a raffle that included a diamond necklace, specially commissioned for the event as a prize.
The masked dinner party raised more than £21,000 for the hospice.
