Take plunge at leisure centre
A varied programme giving ideas of ways to exercise in the swimming pool is to be launched at Hyndburn Leisure Centre.
The first swim fit class will take place at the pool, in Henry Street, Church, tomorrow from 6pm to 7pm.
The session costs £1.
