Case is closed
ENFORCEMENT officers at Hyndburn Council have investigated complaints of a breach of planning regulations at Accrington and Rossendale College.
It was alleged a sports field was being used during a restricted time of the day, but an investigation found the field can be used at any time, and the case was closed.
