Counselling waiting list backlog reduced significantly
THE backlog of Blackburn with Darwen patients waiting for counselling has been reduced from 329 in June, to 48 in December, mental health chiefs said. Earlier this month the Lancashire Telegraph revealed how the average waiting time for counselling in the borough had been slashed.
