CONCERNS have been raised by a head teacher about dog fouling close to Rosewood Primary School in Burnley.

Ian McCann said: “The problems caused by this issue have been discussed with the council.

“If you have concerns or see this taking place without an appropriate response from the dog owner please report them.

“Your children should be able to get to school without stepping into this potentially dangerous mess.”
