A FOURTH warehouse could be built at the £50million Burnley Bridge Business Park.
Developer Eshton Group has submitted plans for a further 10,000 square foot unit at Magnesium Court, in addition to the two blocks totalling 29,000 square foot already under construction.
Work has also started on the Cobalt Building, a separate 64,000 square foot warehouse on the 70-acre site, off junction nine of the M65 motorway. James Chapman, managing director of Eshton Group, said: “Burnley Bridge Business Park has been designed and masterplanned to offer a wide variety of flexible accommodation for industrial or distribution.”
