Alleged breach by sex offender
A 23-YEAR-OLD man appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order, and failing to comply with requirements of being on the sex offenders’ register.
Anthony John Dixon, 23, of St Andrew’s Close, Euxton, Chorley, is alleged to have had a relationship with a 17-year-old girl in Burnley, which brought him into contact with her siblings, who were under 16. He is also alleged to have lived part of the time at her address without informing the police.
He was sent on bail to Burnley Crown Court.
