WILL Straw, Labour’s prospective Parliamentary candidate in Rossendale and Darwen, will hold a Gala Dinner on Friday, March 7, at the Whitehall Hotel, in Darwen. Shadow Chancellor, Ed Balls MP, will be the special guest speaker.
