Four in focus
POLICE in Burnley have started targeting four people who are banned from entering the town centre.
The police are targeting the ‘prolific offenders’ as part of a campaign to reinforce their civil ban by monitoring the individuals.
Officers have also said that begging in the town centre has become an issue again.
