POLICE in and around Barrowford said that poaching around fisheries, woodland and farmland has been identified as an issue.
Officers also said that ‘inconsiderate and illegal parking’ around schools during mornings and afternoons is causing congestion problems and is hazardous to children.
There have also been reports of anti-social behaviour outside Winston’s Private Club at closing time.
