DOG walkers are being urged by Pendle Council to pick up after their pets ‘all year round’.
The message comes as the council’s parks and recreation department noticed an increase in dog fouling during the winter.
Dog owners risk being issued with a £75 fixed penalty notice if they are seen to allow their dog to foul in public.
