Beer thief
IAN James Jackson, 25, of Hargreaves Street, Colne, has been given a 12-month community order, including alcohol activity requirements, by Pennine magistrates, after he admitted to stealing a 12-pack of Cobra beer from Bargain Booze in Albert Road on December 29.
