D-day on plan for housing
A PROPOSAL to build 102 properties in Barrow is set to be voted on by councillors on today.
The plan, which was submitted by McDermott Homes Ltd, includes within it plans to build 20 ‘affordable homes’ on the site off Middle Lodge Road.
Wiswell Parish Council has objected to the application because of concerns over overcrowding and a lack of information.
The proposal will be discussed by Ribble Valley Borough councillors at a meeting in Clitheroe.
