Council’s grants bid call to ‘sustainable’ groups
VOLUNTARY groups in the Ribble Valley have been urged to apply for council grants.
Organisations that provide services or facilities, meeting the need of communities in the area may be eligible for grant support towards their revenue or capital expenditure.
Organisations must be able to demonstrate they support or develop community action in a way that is sustainable and contributes to local community life.
Only one group will be considered for the grant, and applications must be received by the council by February 28.
