A POPULAR Colne pub has been put up for sale with an asking price of £275,000.
The Queen’s Hotel, in Burnley Road, is being sold off as a business by Guy Simmonds National Licensed Property Agents.
They said: “The current owner purchased the business in 2005 and has established a solid trading foundation with a loyal and desirable ‘wet’ sales local clientele.
“The business is at the centre of the local community with pool, darts and football teams.
“There are twice-weekly live music nights and a fortnightly folk club.
“The inn is also a venue for the Blues Festival that takes place over the August Bank Holiday weekend.”
