LANCASHIRE’S police and crime commissioner has vowed to put services in place to help the most vulnerable residents.
Clive Grunshaw announced his bid to secure £215,000 in funding to support the Early Action Response project had been successful.
He said: “Focusing on early intervention is going to become more important as we move forward, and I strongly believe this project will have positive benefits for Lancashire's residents.”
