Farmers’ invite to Trust event
FARMERS across the Ribble Valley have been invited to an informal meeting organised by the Ribble Rivers Trust.
It will take place at Chipping Village Hall, in Garstang Road, from 7.30pm to 930pm on Thursday, February 27.
A range of guest speakers will cover topics including soil management, funding opportunities from Catchment Restoration Fund and an update on the Bowland Wader Project and the New Environmental Land Management Scheme.
The event will include a free pie and peas supper.
