Plan refused
AN application to change the use of a Whalley property to house by a financial services company has been recommended for refusal.
Ribble Valley Borough Council officers have made the recommendation ahead of a planning and development meeting in Clitheroe next Thursday. The plan relates to a house in George Street and has attracted objections from the parish council.
