Legal delay after plans OK
A PROPOSAL to demolish an existing building and construct 16 properties has been given the go-ahead.
The plan, which was given approval by Ribble Valley Borough Council, relates to a site in Whins Lane, Read.
Approval for the development is subject to a further legal agreement.
The application was submitted by Westby Homes and Bowsall Ltd.
