A TEENAGER said to surround herself with criminals flouted a closure order by going into a flat at an accommodation project, a court heard.
Natalie Marie Harvey, 18, went into the room at the Stepping Stones project on Westgate, Burnley, after the door had been forced. The order was made under the Anti- Social Behaviour Act, to prevent disorder, by Reedley magistrates, last November 14, Burnley justices were told.
