Attack pair awaiting fate
TWO men are awaiting sentence at Burnley Crown Court, after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm.
Duane Haythornthwaite, 38, of Brunswick Street, and Peter McCormack, 35, of Derby Street, both Nelson, were bailed until March 12, for pre-sentence reports.
Judge Andrew Woolman warned the pair: "I am not making any promises as to what the sentence will be. All options will be considered."
