Sent for trial
CHRISTIAN James Niven, 23, of Osborne Terrace, Stacksteads, has been sent for crown court trial and bailed until February 17 by Pennine magistrates, accused of assaulting Joseph Crook with intent to rob him. He is also separately charged with child abduction and sexual touching.
