ELECTRICITY Northwest Ltd wants to build a storage unit at its depot, in Whitebirk Drive, Blackburn.
The supplier wants to divide the unit into eight, for use by different departments based at the depot.
The company has applied to Hyndburn Council because Whitebirk Drive falls within the Hyndburn district administratively. The council will consider the application.
