UKIP North-West Euro-MP Paul Nutall has branded the failure of the European Union to have its accounts approved by auditors for the 19th consecutive year as “an outrage”. He said: “Worse still, the ‘error rate’ — shorthand for unaccounted money — is on the rise.”
