HOME-Start Rossendale, a charity which supports struggling families, has had to cancel a fundraising event, due to be held at the Rose ’n’ Bowl, in Stacksteads, on Monday.
A spokeswoman for the charity said: “If you have purchased tickets, then please contact the scheme, or the person you have bought tickets from, for a full refund.
“The raffle will still be drawn.
“We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
