A THIEF has been give the chance to kick his drugs habit and change.
Burnley magistrates were told Anthony White, of Belgrave Street, Nelson, admitted theft of deodorant worth £81 from Wilkinsons in Nelson and burglary at Avalon, Redman Road in Burnley, where he took a strimmer, both on October 22.
He was given a nine-month community order, with a six month drugs rehabilitation requirement, pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
