A MAN who put his life of crime behind him ended up back in court when he damaged his ex’s car.
Burnley magistrates heard how Kevin Ross, 48, had fallen out with Gail Curran, with whom he had a 29-year-old daughter.
Ross had previously had a ‘raging’ heroin addiction but went into rehab in 2004.
The defendant, of Dunoon Street, Burnley, admitted damage of £200 to the Ford Ka on September 1. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay £200 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge and £20 costs.
