A 19-YEAR-OLD man launched an unprovoked attack on two friends.
Blackburn magistrates heard Leighton Hodson head-butted and punched one man and when a friend intervened he was also punched.
Hodson, of Princess Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to assaulting Nathan Cowburn and Ryan Taylor. He was given an 18-week suspended prison sentence, 24-month community supervision and ordered to pay £500 and £100 compensation to his victims.
