HOSPITAL chief Mark Brearley has acknowledged that formal patient surveys ‘do not necessarily give a full picture’ of how well services are performing.
The chief executive of East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust said it was also crucial to listen and act on feedback from all sources.
